Tom was chosen as the Young Enterprise Student Ambassador, and spoke at the NZ Business Hall of Fame on behalf of all Young Enterprise students. Tom is a Year 13 student at Roncalli College and is Managing Director of a Lion Foundation Young Enterprise company called 'Goon Squad'.
Jules Fulton (1901-1973) and Bob Hogan (1900-1992) were inducted into the NZ Business Hall of Fame on 7th August 2014. Their biographies were read by Henry Pearson from St Andrew's College, and Isabel Wilson from Nelson College for Girls. Their citations were accepted by Jules' son Jim Fulton, and Bob's grandson Hanlin Johnstone, on behalf of the Fulton and Hogan families.
James McAlpine (1906-1959) was inducted into the NZ Business Hall of Fame on 7th August 2014. His biography was read by Alice Bowden-McAlpine from St Cuthbert's College, and his citation was accepted by his sons Jim and Andrew McAlpine, on behalf of the McAlpine Family.
Sir David Henry (1888-1963) was inducted into the NZ Business Hall of Fame on 7th August 2014. His citation was accepted by his two grandchildren, David McCulloch and Mary Rutherford. Sir David's biography was read by Merry Liu from Saint Kentigern's College.
Adrienne, Lady Stewart was inducted into the NZ Business Hall of Fame on 7th August 2014. Her biography was read by Zarah Dettmer from Avonside Girls' High School.
